2016-2017 Dance season.
There is a $30.00 non-refundable registration fee if you are registering one child before July 1st and $35.00 non-refundable registration fee for registering two or more children. All registrations received after July 1st will be charged a$35.00 non-refundable registration fee.
Class Fee Payments
We require that payment arrangements be made upon registration for the entire dance year. If a dancer wishes to withdraw it is your responsibility to notify the administration office in writing or by email. Changes regarding class placement must be done in writing through the administration office to ensure that your account is adjusted accurately before the 1st of the month. We do not send monthly statements. Tuition fees are based on 33 classes in the 2013-2014 dance season. We have divided the total tuition amount into 10 convenient monthly payments for September 2012 through June 2013 made through direct deposit. No tuition adjustments or credits will be given for missed classes. Optional: monthly payments can be made in cash on or before the first of the month. Any payments received more than 7 days after the first of the month will be charged a $25.00 late fee. All NSF cheques will be charged a $25 administration fee.
$35.00/class for all recreational classes and $50.00/competition class is required for each class your child is registered in. This deposit is used to purchase fabric for the costumes used in the year-end recital. If your child wishes to withdraw from the class prior to these materials being purchased or by November 1st (whichever comes first), the deposit may be returned to you. However, if your child wishes to withdraws from the class after the costumes have been started or November 1st, you will be responsible for the full cost of the completed costume. Please note that the costume deposit is only a deposit and the average cost per costume is $60.00-$100.00 for recreational costumes and $80.00-$125.00 for competition costumes.
We encourage a parent seamstress from the class to make the costumes for the entire class in order to keep costs down. If a parent wishes to volunteer to do the sewing, please let us know at registration and you will receive your child’s costume free. When there is no volunteer parent seamstress, costumes will be ordered or a seamstress will be assigned and that class will be charged accordingly.
